Our consultation is for you if:

  • You follow Alpha & Sheena and understand their content and coaching methodologies (if not, spend some time going through our content on Instagram - @sheenafit @alphamadhu)
  • Are self driven, committed and serious about getting results
  • You have fat loss OR muscle gaining goals (while you can improve your health and performance by improving your nutrition and training, our coaching/consultation is geared primarily towards aesthetics aka looking a certain way/ improving the way you look)

Our consultation is NOT for you if:

  • You have a pre-existing medical condition (please email us if you're unsure)
  • You are not open to making changes to your lifestyle (activity, eating habits etc.)
  • If you are looking for a magic pill, supplement or quick weight loss/muscle gain fix 
  • If you have unrealistic or unsustainable expectations***

***In order to lose weight sustainably and in a healthy manner, you can expect to lose close to 0.5-1% of your body weight per week. If your goal is muscle gain, you can expect to gain close to 0.5-1% of your body weight per month. Please note, based on factors like gender, body fat %, training age etc, this may vary.
